+ simplified shared folder creation

- after restarting virtual PC, shared folder is not available and must be set again

First version

I realized to make this, because there is no Windows SDK for newer PocketBook readers. I grabbed Linux image from http://virtualboxes.org/images/archlinux/, because I have very little Linux knowledge, and installed SDK, set up some useful things and made some simple hints, how to start.
